Paying with paypal

2) Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.
3) Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment.
Advantages with using PayPal:
a) Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
b) Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).
There is a 5% charge for this service which is included in the price, however if you pay with T/T we will deduct 5% from the total,see my contact page.
Shipping policy
We ship to any address in the world.
Items ordered through us are shipped by EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX or UPS.
We will inform you of your tracking No. by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped out when we get it from the express company.
A street address and telephone number are required for delivery.
Merchandise will be delivered standard Air-express door to door, which takes approximately 6-8 working days.
Delivery time does not include processing time.
Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
Most sample orders will be shipped out in 7-9days , You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. Twenty-four hours after you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online at

our bike kit suppliers have built up a solid partnership with all big four shipping companies: EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS and FEDEX to provide professional worldwide door-to-door delivery.
Delivery Time: Items will be shipped out As soon as possible after you have checked out. In general, it may take about 12-15 business days for delivery, depending on the different stock . We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address and telephone number. Please make sure your shipping address and telephone number is correct and deliverable.
Order Tracking: We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail.
What will I be charged for shipping? - it is included in the price.
How long will it take for my item to reach me? Please note that business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, are calculated in terms of delivery period. In general, it takes about 12 business days for assembly and 3-5 delivery/Shipping
How can I track my shipment?
We would send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier' website.
What should I do if my shipment never arrives? Please allow up to 20 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please reach us by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the website. We will get back to you quickly.
Bulk order will be delivery by Sea :
Our shipping agent provide professional service for worldwide customers . As our products (battery and motor ) belong to special goods . Our shipping agent have many years experience for delivering this kind of goods , our good quality service and Reasonable charges will give you the best support . After shipment . we will offer Bill of loading and necessary document for your customs clearance, you need to do nothing.
Tax and duty
1. We do not add any taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. Buyers pay what they
see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
2. In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods
under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
3. The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, we do not know all the rules,
regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, paperwork, codes, laws or
rulings of every single country.
4.Normally , our shipping service partners including DHL, EMS, TNT, UPS and FedEx
will pay the corresponding tax for the buyer in advance and post you a tax bill later than
the date of the product receipt. Please follow the shipping company's instructions to pay
back the tax, in some cases we pay your duty and tax for you, depending on which item you buy.

In the UK, we have bylaws which prohibit the use of electric bikes over 350W on public roads, however our products can be used on private land with permission from the owner, there is a campaign running at the moment to get the law changed regarding Segway use please sign up, you will find the link in my contact page. www.legalisesegways.co.uk/
Chegway/Segway Shipping
Our Shipping times can vary from type of scooter to scooter, however as with the E-kit (above) there is a processing period before shipping, ranging from 5-7 days and then shipping times are about the same making completed delivery times around 14 days.
Everything that applies to the e-kits (above) regarding agents and fees also apply to our scooters and E-Bikes, because they are sent from the suppliers as samples the duty can be very low, which in turn keeps the VAT low.
Tracking numbers will be sent to you as soon as we have them from the shipping agent, and can be viewed on the appropriate web site (DHL,FedEx etc) 24hrs later.

Shipping & Delivery for E-Bike
Shipping method: For normal end user order, our delivery method will by door to door express,such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, Russian Special Line, EMS, China Post Air Parcel, Toll. For wholesale order, to save shipping cost, we can also send by sea or air.
Shipping times:
By To Your Door express, between 5-7W, days to arrive from manufacture to you....
Some items need a few days process time before shipping, depending if they have your order in stock, ALL of our kits are hand made to your needs from scratch including battery so this can take several days....
Russian Special Line need about 18-35 days. Sea transport need about 25-35 days.
Production time: Normally we need about 3-5 days for prepare and finish test. Battery is special product, if we don't have in stock and make from new, we need enough time to make and test (5-7 days is needed to ensure the quality).
